Pick TWO channels and a rhythm you can actually keep (consistency beats brilliance, every time). Then we get practical: live LinkedIn audits, and pitch hot seats where we take a real pitch from "draft" to "sent", including the follow-up and what to do with a "no". Plus my A.S.K. method for the big one: the raise, the promotion, the title. (Assume some kindness. Just don't be an ask-hole!)
